35 YEARS KKT

The success story in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

The company, founded by Herbert Kraus on October 11, 1978, was initially intended as an engineering office for the planning and realization of air conditioning systems. Many customers expressed the desire to have KKT Kraus refrigerators manufactured and delivered. Increasing demand quickly made it necessary to relocate the production facility to Schnaittach and later to Lauf and Röthenbach.

In 1993, the existing technical know-how from refrigeration and air-conditioning technology was used to found the subsidiary KKT Kraus Industriekühlung. This is where the current focus lies – in process cooling for industrial and medical applications. Since 2012, the KKT chillers brand has been operating at Kasendorf with a new design and a revised service portfolio.

The focus of every KKT chillers product development is always the customer’s request. It is this alone, which to a certain extent re-specifies the choice of components every time. The resulting product range extends from standard-oriented standard devices to tailor-made custom-made products. The equipment series ” Nano-Line ” and ” Compact Line ” up to 200 kW cooling capacity are supplemented by thermal energy solutions – THERMODYNAMIXX. This performance promise ranges from energy saving systems and heat recovery to heating and cooling solutions for industrial and building services applications, high performance heat pumps, special solutions for the high temperature range to water management systems with the corresponding range of services. For the OEM sector, KKT chillers develops special cooling solutions for worldwide use together with its customers.

With its two locations in Germany and the USA, as well as a worldwide service network, KKT chillers can now rightly be described as a full-fledged global player in the chiller market – & nbsp; with the invaluable addition of all the benefits of technical development and production “Made in Germany”.,
